The Institute for Staffing Excellence and Innovation (ISEI) is a 501-C3 not-for profit organization whose purpose is to provide wide spread access to information and education to assist organizations in achieving excellence in staffing and in realizing the quality, safety, financial, operational and cultural outcomes that result.

The Institute was formed to tackle one of the biggest challenges facing healthcare today; how to provide high quality, cost effective staffing practices that meet the needs of patients, the workforce and the institutions within which care is delivered.
